Silver Alert: Assistance Needed Locating Missing Woman in New Orleans

Orleans Parish – The Louisiana State Police has issued a Silver Alert on behalf of the New Orleans Police Department for 59-year-old Cassandra Johnson. She was last seen today at 1:30 a.m. on Baronne Street in New Orleans. LSP received the request to issue an alert at approximately 12:41 p.m. 
 
Johnson is a black female with brown eyes and salt-and-pepper hair. She is 5’3” tall, weighs approximately 180 pounds, and was last seen wearing a blue camouflage shirt, blue jean shorts, and white shoes. Family reports that she has a medical condition that may impair her judgment.  

Johnson is believed to be on foot, traveling in an unknown direction.

Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to immediately contact the New Orleans Police Department at (504) 658-6060 or dial 911.
