Tallulah – In January 2025, Louisiana State Police Monroe Field Office Narcotics, in collaboration with the Madison Parish Sheriff’s Office (MPSO) and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), launched an investigation into suspected drug trafficking activity in Madison Parish. Detectives identified an active operation and obtained a narcotics search warrant through the 6th Judicial District Court for a residence in Tallulah. On November 12, 2025, LSP, MPSO, and the DEA executed the search warrant, seizing methamphetamine, Xanax, marijuana, a firearm, and other evidence. Three suspects were arrested without incident and processed into the Madison Parish Detention Center: · 38-year-old Troy Alexander – three counts of possession with intent to distribute drugs listed in Schedule I, possession with intent to distribute drugs listed in Schedule II, possession with intent to distribute drugs listed in Schedule IV, possession of a firearm by a person convicted of certain felonies, possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance, and transactions involving proceeds from drug offenses. · 35-year-old Britany Larry – attempt and conspiracy, possession with intent to distribute drugs listed in Schedule IV, and obstruction of justice. · 28-year-old Jarred McClodden – possession with intent to distribute drugs listed in Schedule I, criminal conspiracy, and obstruction of justice.
