Orleans Parish – The Louisiana State Police has issued a Silver Alert on behalf of the New Orleans Police Department for 80-year-old Johnnie Crutchfield. He was discovered missing from his home on Bonita Drive in New Orleans this morning at approximately 8:15 a.m. Louisiana State Police received the request to issue a Silver Alert at approximately 10:54 a.m.


Crutchfield is a black male with brown eyes and short gray hair. He is 5’10” and weighs about 180 pounds. Crutchfield was last seen wearing a black leather jacket and khaki pants. He is believed to be on foot, traveling in an unknown direction. 


Crutchfield suffers from a medical condition that may impair his judgment.
