REGION 3 NEWS RELEASE March 4, 2023 State Police Investigating Multi-Agency Officer-Involved Shooting Bossier City- Troopers are investigating an officer-involved shooting on East Texas Street near Benton Road, within the city limits of Bossier City, at the request of the Bossier City Police Department and the Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office. One subject was shot and has been pronounced deceased. No officers were injured during the incident. This is an active scene, please utilize alternate routes around the area to allow for the movement of emergency vehicles and investigative personnel. Anyone with information and/or pictures and video are urged to share that information with LSP Detectives by calling 318-741-2728.
