Four Baton Rouge Women Arrested on Fraud Charges Baton Rouge – Louisiana State Police Detectives arrested four Baton Rouge women yesterday following a month-long investigation. The investigation was initiated following a complaint made by the Office of Motor Vehicles regarding Taylor Williams (B/F, age 18) of Baton Rouge. Troopers’ investigation revealed that Williams allowed Kenjayra Spears (B/F, age 18) of Baton Rouge to use her information in obtaining a fraudulent identification card. During the investigation, detectives determined that Williams’ sister, Candace Williams (B/F, age 25) of Baton Rouge also allowed another individual to use her information to obtain a fraudulent identification card. That female was identified as Chelsa McCray (B/F, age 18) of Baton Rouge. Troopers confiscated the fraudulent identification cards, arrested all four women, and booked them into the East Baton Rouge Parish prison on charges of Access Device Fraud.
