| LOUISIANA STATE POLICE COURTESY LOYALTY SERVICE State Police, Troop A – News Release For Immediate Release Motorcycle Leaves Roadway, Driver Ejected (Final) March 3, 2008 At 9:35 PM, on March 02, 2008, Louisiana State Police, Troop B notified Michael E. Turnage’s family of his death and the circumstances surrounding his death. The crash occurred yesterday on LA Hwy 22 east of LA Hwy 16 in Livingston Parish. Troop A troopers determined that the 2006 Harley Davidson, driven by Mr. Turnage, was traveling westbound on LA Hwy 22 near Koto Road and exited the roadway to the left. The Harley Davidson entered the ditch and the driver was ejected and thrown nearly 30 feet. Mr. Turnage, a fifty-seven year old male from LaPlace, LA, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene by the Livingston Parish Coroner’s Office.
