Gaming Enforcement troopers began looking into a claim of dog fighting at a residence on McKinley Street in Donaldsonville, LA, which belonged to Mr. Jarmine R. Gibson. All of the animals were removed from the residence by the LA SPCA and the Ascension Parish Animal Control Center. Mr. Gibson, a twenty-one year old male, was placed under arrest and booked into the Ascension Parish Jail for Dog Fighting, Aggravated Cruelty to Animals, and Resisting Arrest.
