Counterfeiting Fugitive arrested in Orleans Parish

In April of 2006, Louisiana State Police Region I Detectives initiated an investigation into the manufacturing and distribution of counterfeit Illinois driver’s licenses. The investigation revealed that individuals were purchasing the counterfeit driver’s licenses and surrendering them to the Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicles in return for valid Louisiana licenses.

Through further investigative measures, detectives identified Bryan McMillian (B/M age 40) as the person responsible for manufacturing and distributing the counterfeit Illinois driver’s licenses. As a result, a warrant was obtained for McMillian’s arrest.

On November 4, 2010, McMillian was arrested by the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office on the aforementioned warrant. McMillian was booked into the Orleans Parish Prison without incident and in good condition.
