A joint investigation by Louisiana State Police Detectives, Slidell Police Department, and agents from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, has led to the arrest of a Slidell resident for possession of child pornography.

On July 15th, 2010, detectives conducted a search warrant based on a proactive child exploitation investigation at the residence of Samuel Hale (W/M age 36) of Slidell, LA. As a result of the search warrant, investigators located 633 files which contained images and video indicative of child pornography on a computer belonging to Hale.

Hale was charged with 633 counts of Possession of Pornography involving Juveniles and booked into the St. Tammany Parish Jail.
