| LOUISIANA STATE POLICE COURTESY LOYALTY SERVICE State Police, Troop A – News Release For Immediate Release One Vehicle Overturns after Three Car Crash February 21, 2008 At 8:06 AM, on Thursday, February 21, 2008, Louisiana State Police, Troop A responded to a hit-and-run crash. The crash occurred on US Hwy 61 north of LA Hwy 427 in East Baton Rouge Parish. A Chevrolet Pickup truck was southbound on US Hwy 61 in the right lane. The Chevrolet pickup switched from the right lane into the left lane and stopped in the median. The Chevrolet pickup truck then merged to the left in front of a white Mazda 626. The white Mazda 62 avoided that collision by veering to the right, but crashed into a single cab box truck. The collision caused the box truck to roll over in the median on its left side. There were no serious injuries in this crash and troopers are looking for a black Chevrolet Avalanche.
