A vehicle crash on LA 1040 at Happywoods killed a pedestrian just after 10:30 p.m. yesterday evening.

Martin (W/M/Age 28) of Hammond, LA, was previously riding in a vehicle driven by Melanie Martin (wife). The investigation revealed that, while riding in the vehicle an argument issued and the driver, Melanie Martin traveled off the roadway and upon a parking lot.
