Edmonson, Superintendent Single Vehicle Crash Kills One Person June 27, 2008 Louisiana State Police – Troop I investigated a single vehicle fatal crash, which occurred on LA 347 south of Parks, within St. Martin Parish, shortly before 11:00pm last night. Forty-eight year old Sandra Hadley of St. Martinville, La, was operating a 1997 Ford Mustang northbound on La 347 when, for unknown reasons, the vehicle traveled off roadway right. No evidence of steering or braking input was found at the scene. The vehicle then entered a ditch and crossed over several drive-ways before overturning and coming to rest on its wheels, facing west in a drive-way. Hadley was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash and alcohol/drugs are not suspected.
