Edmonson, Superintendent TROOP I- NEWS RELEASE For Immediate Release Date: December 11, 2008 UPDATE 1:15 PM Winter Weather Driving/Road Conditions in Troop I Area Troop I- Here are the roadway conditions as of 1:00 PM: Interstate 49 at US 190 is open; however, it remains closed north of exit 23. Traffic is being diverted from I-49 at exit 23 to US 167 north through Ville Platte. All other highways in the Troop I area are open at this time.
