| LOUISIANA STATE POLICE COURTESY LOYALTY SERVICE News Release Troopers Aggressively Looking For Speeding and Reckless Drivers February 4, 2008 Louisiana State Police Troop I will conduct an enforcement detail on the elevated portion of I-10. Interstate 10 is a major thoroughfare in the Troop I area. As such, Troop I has investigated many crashes on the elevated portion of Interstate 10. Over the past several weeks numerous complaints have been received from the public concerning aggressive and reckless drivers on this roadway. On February 6, 2008, between 0700 and 1400 hours troopers will be conducting an enforcement detail. Troopers will be seeking out those individuals that choose to speed and drive recklessly. We are hoping, the increased patrols on I-10 over the Mardi Gras Holidays will get the motoring public to slow down, so all will have a safe trip home as the holiday comes to an end. “Alcohol or Drugs, Impairment is Impairment!
