Edmonson, Superintendent Two Vehicle Crash Kills a Eunice Woman June 13, 2008 Louisiana State Police – Troop I is investigating a two vehicle fatal crash on US 190, east of Eunice, within St. Landry Parish, at around 8:30pm on June 12, 2008. Thirty-one year Summer Hebert of Eunice, La was operating a 1991 Chevrolet Lumina eastbound on US 190. Twenty year old Courtney Deaville, of Eunice, was operating a 1999 Buick Lesbre westbound on US 190. Hebert turned left in front of the Deaville vehicle, attempting to access the Spirit Truck Stop parking lot. Herbert’s vehicle, was struck by the Deaville vehicle, fatally injuring Summer Hebert.
