Edmonson, Superintendent Troop I- Press Release December 17, 2009 Troopers Seek Help Locating Suspect Louisiana State Police- Region II Detectives need your help with locating a suspect wanted for Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile. Twenty-five year old Tommy Menard from Abbeville, LA, is wanted in connection with an on going child sexual abuse investigation in Kaplan, LA. Troopers have obtained a warrant for Menard’s arrest and suspect he is in the Acadiana area. Menard is described as a six foot white male, with brown eyes weighing approximately 160 pounds.
