TROOP I NEWS RELEASE June 17, 2015 Eunice Man Dies in Acadia Parish Crash Acadia Parish – Shortly after 2:00 pm on June 15, 2015, Troopers from Louisiana State Police Troop I began investigating a single vehicle fatal crash that occurred on LA Hwy 370 west of LA Hwy 35 in Acadia Parish. The crash took the life of 60 year old Anderson Domingue of Eunice, LA. The initial investigation by State Police revealed that the crash occurred as 60 year old Anderson Domingue was driving a 2005 Toyota Tundra eastbound on LA Hwy 370. As Domingue exited a left curve, his vehicle ran off of the right side of the roadway. Domingue’s vehicle struck an embankment and went airborne, striking a tree and overturning in a canal. Despite the fact that he was properly restrained, Domingue was pronounced dead on scene by the Acadia Parish Coroner’s Office. Impairment is not considered to have been a factor in the crash; however routine toxicology samples were taken and sent to the Louisiana State Police Crime Lab for analysis.
