Baton Rouge – Louisiana State Police Detectives concluded an investigation yesterday that resulted in the arrest of a Brusly man on charges of Aggravated Rape (under 13 years old) and Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile (under 13 years old). Troopers arrested Nathan Randall Roubique (W/M, age 28) of Brusly and booked him into the West Baton Rouge Detention Center.

Troopers’ investigation revealed that Roubique had sexually molested a 3-year-old child. Troopers interviewed Roubique yesterday afternoon at Louisiana State Police Headquarters and then transported him to the West Baton Rouge Parish Detention Center and booked him on the charges listed above. Troopers had a warrant for Roubique’s arrest signed in the 18th Judicial District Court.

If found guilty of indecent behavior with a juvenile, Roubique faces up to twenty-five years in prison at hard labor and a fine up to five thousand dollars. If found guilty of aggravated rape, Roubique may face life in prison without the possibility of parole.
