HEADQUARTERS - NEWS RELEASE January 5, 2012 Nineteen Arrested, Six Still at Large Following Narcotics Roundup in Jackson Jackson – Louisiana State Police executed nineteen arrest warrants on suspects throughout the Jackson area following an extensive narcotics investigation initiated in conjunction with the Jackson Town Marshal’s Office. Several agencies in the area assisted with the arrests this morning in and around Jackson, LA, and six suspects remain at large. During the course of the investigation, detectives were able to identify twenty-five suspects associated with an illicit narcotics distribution network in and around the Jackson area. Following the investigation, detectives obtained arrest warrants for all the suspects involved. This morning, with the assistance of personnel from several local, state, and federal agencies, detectives successfully and safely arrested nineteen of the twenty-five suspects in the case. Those agencies assisting with the apprehension of the suspects included the East Feliciana Sheriff’s Office, West Feliciana Sheriff’s Office, East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office, Drug Enforcement Administration, Louisiana National Guard Counter-Drug Unit, and the Jackson Fire Department. The suspects arrested in today’s operation are listed below. They are charged with distribution of crack cocaine: Seneca Barnes (B/M, age 30) of Jackson Saterius Cobb (B/M, age 32) of Jackson Bennie Covington, Jr. (B/M, age 20) of Jackson Dontae Dunn (B/M, age 29) of Jackson Raymond Dunn (B/M, age 30) of Jackson Jarrett Ferguson (B/M, age 32) of Wilson Reggie Green (B/M, age 39) of Jackson Leonard Hampton (B/M, age 37) of Jackson Clifton Hills (B/M, age 29) of Jackson Frederick Johnson (B/M, age 37) of Jackson Darren McNeely (B/M, age 34) of Jackson Henry Polk, IV (B/M, age 22) of Ethel Jamarco Robinson (B/M, age 20) of Zachary Gundorial Thomas (B/M, age 26) of Wilson Antonia Wilkinson (B/M, age 32) of Jackson Dominique Wright (B/M, age 25) of Ethel Henry Wright (B/M, age 57) of Jackson Keeyronic Stewart (B/M, age 27) of Jackson Brian Green (B/M, age 23) of Jackson There are six suspects still at large.
