HEADQUARTERS NEWS RELEASE November 25, 2013 Multi-Agency Operation Results in West Baton Rouge Parish Massage Parlor Arrests Port Allen – On Monday, November 25, 2013, Louisiana State Police Investigative Support Section along with the West Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office, Homeland Security Investigations and the Attorney General’s Office executed search warrants at two separate massage parlors in West Baton Rouge Parish. Investigators have been conducting undercover operations relating to prostitution by massage at two Asian Massage Parlors over the past two months. During the course of these investigations, undercover agents were sent into these establishments and were offered sexual favors in exchange for money. Investigators have also observed these establishments advertising their services via websites known in the past to yield ads for prostitution The search warrants took place simultaneously at Young’s Therapy (702 Lobdell Hwy., Suite 2, Port Allen) and Rainbow Therapeutic (4175 Highway 1, Port Allen). The search warrants resulted in the arrest of 6 employees listed below: · Angel Weeks (O/F, DOB 9/5/43) · Kyung Hee Kim (O/F, DOB 1/11/59) · Han Ae Ja (O/F, DOB 3/5/60) · Eun Hwa Lee (O/F, DOB 12/5/73) · In Ja Kang (O/F, DOB 8/12/63) · Barbara Kim (O/F, DOB 1/21/61) All were charged with LRS 14:24-14:83.3 (Principle to prostitution by massage) except for Barbara Kim (an employee of Rainbow Therapeutic) who was charged with LRS 14:83.3 (Prostitution by massage).
