Baton Rouge Woman Arrested on Theft and Access Device Fraud Charges Baton Rouge – Louisiana State Police Detectives arrested a Baton Rouge woman yesterday following a month-long investigation. The investigation began when an employee of the Louisiana Department of Revenue reported her credit card stolen to Department of Public Safety Police. Troopers’ investigation revealed the stolen credit card had been used at two ATM’s in the Baton Rouge area and a total of $504.00 was withdrawn against the credit card. Further investigation revealed the unauthorized transactions on the stolen credit card were made by a fellow Louisiana Department of Revenue Employee, Sakita McCray (B/F, age 32) of Baton Rouge. Troopers obtained a warrant for McCray’s arrest, located her on November 4, 2010, and booked her into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on charges of felony theft and access device fraud.
