Five Arrested During Sex Crimes Operation in Baton Rouge

Baton Rouge, LA On November 18, 2015, as part of the Louisiana State Police’s continued commitment to combat sex crimes and human trafficking in the state, LSP Investigators working alongside the Louisiana Office of Probation & Parole conducted a proactive prostitution and human trafficking detail in the Baton Rouge area. The ongoing operation resulted in several arrests for sex crimes, weapon and drug charges, and fugitive warrants.

The following suspects were placed into custody and charged as follows:

Anthony Jackson, 48 yoa, Denham Springs, LA
Charges: Pandering and Misrepresentation During Booking

Crystal Gayle Leblanc, 35 yoa, Prairieville, LA
Charges: Prostitution

Nathan Bruner, 28 yoa, Gonzales, LA
Charges: Illegal Carrying of Weapon

Kayley Hutchings, 23 yoa, St. Amant, LA
Charges: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Kelly Price, 32 yoa, Gonzales, LA
Charges: Prostitution and a Fugitive Warrant out of East Baton Rouge Parish


“Louisiana State Police has continued to work with our law enforcement partners to combat sex crimes and human trafficking across the state,” said Colonel Mike Edmonson, State Police Superintendent. “Through the combined resources of our local, state, and federal agencies, we will continue to see results and improve the quality of life in our communities.”


The public plays an important role in identifying suspects and are urged to report any criminal or suspicious activity.

If citizens have information related to criminal activity, they are encouraged to use the “See Something Send Something” application which will connect them and their mobile devices to criminal intelligence centers nationwide. “See Something Send Something” is a nationwide suspicious activity reporting tool for citizens to help in the fight against terrorism and criminal activity. Additionally, the free app has information on what to look for and when to submit suspicious activity reports along with how to receive important alerts. For situations requiring an immediate response, call 911 or your local law enforcement directly.
