Edmonson, Superintendent News Release April 30, 2009 Felony Carnal Knowledge On April 21, 2009, The Louisiana State Police / Criminal Investigation Division issued warrants for four male subjects involved in having sex with a 13 year old female. Three of the male subjects were arrested and booked into the Red River Parish Jail. Ashanti Kikuy Moore B/M; DOB 12/23/82 Coushatta, La. Charges: LRS: 14:80 A(1) Felony Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile Rob T. Moore B/M; DOB: 12/18/1990 Coushatta, La Charges: LRS: 14:80 A (1) Felony Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile (5 counts) Quanzayia Lamichael Marquez Miller B/M; DOB: 3/7/90 Coushatta, La Charges: LRS: 14:80 A (1) Felony Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile (3 counts) On April 27, 2009, Troopers arrested James Johnson Jr, B/M, DOB: 01/16/83 in Shreveport, La. Johnson was wanted by Louisiana State Police after it was discovered he was communicating with a 13 year old juvenile by internet. Johnson convinced the juvenile to take nude photographs of herself and email them. Johnson also convinced the 13 year old to sneak out of her home and meet him where they then had sex. Upon arrival at the apartment, Troopers spoke with Johnson’s girlfriend who allowed Investigators to search her residence for Johnson. Troopers made their way into the attic area where Johnson was discovered hiding under the insulation. Johnson was transported to Caddo Correctional for booking on charges of LRS: 14:80 A (1); Felony Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile, LRS: 14:81.1 A (2) Pornography involving juveniles and LRS: 14:81.3 A; Computer Aided Solicitation of a Minor.
