Edmonson, Superintendent News Release March 12, 2009 Fatal Crash in Red River Parish This afternoon at about 3:00 PM, troopers began the investigation of a one vehicle crash that killed a young man. The crash occurred on LA 515, 3.5 miles north of LA 514 in Red River Parish. For unknown reasons the driver operated his vehicle off the roadway and impacted a culvert. The driver was ejected and the vehicle came to rest partially submerged in a bayou.
To this date, Troop G has investigated six (6) fatal crashes resulting in the death of eight (8) people for the year 2009. | |||
