| LOUISIANA STATE POLICE COURTESY LOYALTY SERVICE NEWS RELEASE For Immediate Release February 12, 2008 “Toronado” Watch On February 12, 2008 at approximately 6:30 A.M., troopers stopped a 1990 Oldsmobile Toronado on I-220, in Bossier Parish, for improper display of license plate. After contacting the driver, Anthony Dixon, troopers observed he was driving with a suspended license and the vehicle registration was fraudulent. Further roadside investigation revealed that Mr. Dixon was wanted for forgery in Caddo Parish. He was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Bossier Max Prison on traffic charges and the Caddo Parish warrant.
