Edmonson, Superintendent News Release July 01, 2008 Hines Arrested on Larceny Warrant On July 1, 2008 at about 5:30 AM, Louisiana State Police Troop G troopers stopped a 1995 Honda Accord for a switched license plate on I-20 east bound in Bossier Parish. The driver of the vehicle was identified by a Texas driver’s license as Dominique Nicole Hines. During the traffic stop, troopers discovered 22 year old Hines was a wanted felony fugitive from Dallas County Sheriff’s Office (Texas). The warrant documented a Larceny charge for Mrs. Hines. Hines was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Bossier Parish Jail and incarcerated.
