Three Vehicle Crash Leaves One Driver Dead and Another Seriously Injured Bossier City- On the evening of July 29, 2010, at 6:51 p.m., Louisiana State Police Troop G responded to a three vehicle crash on Interstate 220 at mile post 8.7 in Bossier Parish which claimed the life of a 37-year-old male from Shreveport and seriously injured a Haughton man. According to investigating troopers, 37-year-old Dartogen D. Moore was driving west on Interstate 220 in a 1991 GMC Sierra truck when his vehicle veered off the left side of the roadway for unknown reasons. The GMC truck crossed the grassy median and entered the eastbound inside lane of travel where it impacted a 2008 Toyota 4Runner operated by 27-year-old Bridget Bockhaus and occupied by her 13-year-old sister, both of Benton. The GMC truck was impacted a second time within the outside lane by an eastbound 2003 Ford F-150 truck driven by 50-year-old Timothy Glisson of Haughton. After impact, the GMC truck rotated clockwise, flipped once, and came to rest up right off the right side of the roadway. Moore, who was partially ejected and unrestrained at the time of the crash, was pronounced dead at the scene by the Bossier Parish Coroner. Glisson, who was properly restrained, was air lifted to LSUMC with serious injuries. Bockhaus and her 13-year-old passenger were both restrained at the time of the crash and were not injured. Routine toxicology test results are pending and the crash remains under investigation. Troop G troopers have investigated 21 fatal crashes for the year of 2010, resulting in 23 fatalities.
