Sarepta Man Critically Injured in Motorcycle Crash Bossier Parish - On April 23, 2011, at 5:39 p.m., Louisiana State Police Troop G responded to a single vehicle motorcycle crash on LA 157, at Linton Bellevue Road, in Bossier Parish. A Sarepta man was critically injured in the crash. According to investigating troopers, 46-year-old Troy Livingston was driving north on LA 157 while operating a 2002 Yamaha motorcycle when he entered a left hand curve. For unknown reasons, Livingston continued straight in the curve and traveled off the right side of the roadway. The motorcycle came to rest in the tree line after colliding with several trees. Livingston was wearing a helmet but was ejected from the motorcycle in the crash. He was transported to LSU Medical Center in Shreveport with critical injuries. Routine toxicology test results are pending and the crash remains under investigation.
