Sobriety Checkpoint Scheduled for Caddo Parish


Caddo Parish – On Thursday, December 9, 2010, Louisiana State Police Troop G will conduct a sobriety checkpoint in Caddo Parish between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m.

The remaining Troop G area will be heavily saturated with troopers and area law enforcement officers in search of drivers who are impaired, not wearing their seatbelts, or are displaying aggressive driving behavior.

State police would like to ask everyone to help in making the remainder of this holiday season a safe one by choosing to buckle up, slow down, and refrain from impaired driving. Remember to give the gift of life by designating an unimpaired driver this holiday season.
