Troopers Seek the Public’s Help to Locate a Bossier City Man
Wanted for Aggravated Assault on a Peace Officer

On Sunday, April 23, 2017, shortly before 5:00 a.m., Troop G Troopers attempted to stop a Toyota Corolla for a traffic violation on Greenwood Road at I-20. At that time the driver, 24-year-old Modriques Johnson of Shreveport, refused to stop and a vehicle pursuit ensued.

After a short pursuit, the vehicle came to a stop and shots were fired. The passenger, 29-year-old Willie Lee Mosley Martin of Bossier City, was armed with a gun and fled on foot.

Johnson was taken into custody and later booked for resisting arrest by flight and disregard for traffic signals.

Martin is wanted by multiple agencies on numerous different charges. He is wanted by the Louisiana State Police for aggravated assault on a peace officer with a firearm and by the Shreveport Police Department for burglary. Martin is also wanted by Louisiana Probation and Parole for a parole violation.

Martin is considered armed and dangerous. If anyone has any information that could lead to his arrest, please call Bossier Crime Stoppers at 318-424-4100 or Louisiana State Police at 318-741-7411 or dial *LSP or 911.
