TROOP G NEWS RELEASE November 13, 2015 LSP Human Trafficking Detail Nets Several Arrests Shreveport/Bossier, LA- As part of our ongoing effort to combat human trafficking and protect children, investigators with the Louisiana State Police and the Shreveport Police Department conducted an investigation into human trafficking as well as online child predator activity in and around the Shreveport/Bossier area. During the investigation, a 17-year-old runaway juvenile from Texas was recovered who was trafficked for sexual purposes. Based upon the investigation, the following individuals were arrested on November 10 and 11, 2015: 28-year-old Donquell Allen of Dallas, TX was arrested for Pandering. 23-year-old Devonta Hill of Tyler, TX was arrested for Pandering and Trafficking Children for Sexual Purposes. 26-year-old Hali Stewart of Little Rock, AR was arrested for prostitution. 27-year-old Whitney Moore of Smackover, AR was arrested for prostitution. 21-year-old Chandler Robinson of Zachary, LA was arrested for prostitution. 23-year-old Jasmine Bustamate of Grand Prairie, TX was arrested for prostitution. 29-year-old Felicia Chance of Linden, TX was arrested for prostitution. 19-year-old Miya Reynolds of St. Paris, TX was arrested for prostitution. 21-year-old Melinda Burns of Shreveport, LA was arrested for prostitution. 25-year-old Amber Baker of Bossier City, LA was arrested for prostitution. 22-year-old Porshey Locke of Dallas, TX was arrested for prostitution. 24-year-old Ieisha Turman of Houston, TX was arrested for prostitution and Possession of SCH I CDS. 33-year-old Priscilla Fields of Benton, LA was arrested for prostitution and Possession of SCH I CDS. 19-year-old Jaide Radford of Mansfield, TX was arrested for prostitution, Possession of SCH I CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphenalia. “The Louisiana State Police will continue to maintain close partnerships with law enforcement agencies statewide and proactively seek out and arrest those individuals who choose to commit these types of crimes,” said Colonel Mike Edmonson.
