Troops F - NEWS RELEASE Third Annual Christmas Tree Remembering Drunk Driving Victims Louisiana State Police Troop F will display a Christmas tree at the troop for the third consecutive year remembering victims who have lost their lives to drunk driving. Families of victims are invited to come to Troop F at 2 p.m. on Wednesday November 28, to hang a picture of their loved one who had their life cut short by drunk driving. Any media that would like to attend is invited as well. This is a way to honor and remember drunken driving victims during the holidays as well as to serve as a reminder to everyone that drunk driving destroys lives. The tree will remain on display in the lobby until 2013. Family members are encouraged to come to Troop F any day from November 28 until the end of the year to hang a picture. If pictures are not available, family members will be able to write the names of victims on ornaments provided by Troop F.
