On June 8, 2008 at about 1:18 am, Louisiana State Police Troop F Troopers investigated a one vehicle fatal crash on LA 151 (mile post 47.3) in western Ouachita Parish. The crash occurred when the driver of a northbound 1999 Oldsmobile failed to negotiate a curve and ran off the right side of the road. The driver then over corrected, crossed back over the road and ran off the left side of the highway. The car then struck several trees and rolled over. The driver and passenger were not wearing their seat belts and were ejected from the vehicle in the crash.
The driver was identified as 33 year old Bradley Williams from Choudrant and he was pronounced dead at the scene from injuries he sustained in the crash. The passenger, identified as 41 year old Mark Williams from Monroe, was transported to Glenwood Hospital with moderate injuries.

Alcohol use is unknown and routine toxicology tests are pending.
