The crash occurred on Flowers Rd in the Dubach area when, for unknown reasons, an eastbound 2000 Mazda 626 crossed the center line and struck a westbound 1995 International School Bus head on. Both vehicles received moderate damage and had to be towed from the scene. The driver of the school bus, identified as 44 year old Markus Kay from Dubach, was not injured in the crash. The school bus was carrying about fifteen children at the time of the crash and there were no reported injuries at the scene. Woods had an improperly restrained three year old passenger with her at the time of the crash who was not injured.
