Two Lincoln Parish residents died in a single vehicle crash this morning. The crash occurred on LA 151 about 5 miles west of Dubach on July 19, 2009 at about 11:15 am. A 1995 Ford truck was traveling south on LA 151 when it ran off the right side of the road in a curve. After leaving the road, the truck struck a large tree and came to rest. It appears that the truck was traveling at a high rate of speed when it ran off the road.

Seat belt use is unknown. Alcohol use is suspected and routine toxicology tests are pending.
