Shortly before 10:00 am on Saturday, November 17, 2018, Troopers were notified that a motorist was following a reckless driver northbound on Bluebonnet Blvd. Troopers located the driver, later identified as Joseph, in a parking lot on US Hwy 61 at Coursey Blvd. where she was being observed by East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Deputies and EMS personnel.
