The 5th suspect is Harold Brinkley. Brinkley is a 25-year-old black male weighing 168 pounds and is 5’9” tall. Brinkley’s last known residence is in Dallas, Texas. Brinkley has ties to California, Washington, Arizona and New Mexico. Brinkley uses the alias “Yella Boy.” Brinkley is considered dangerous. Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Brinkley is asked to call their local authorities. The 4 other suspects have been taken into custody through the assistance of the FBI South Town Gang Task Force in Tacoma, Washington, the U.S. Marshals Service, the Dallas Police Department, the Bexar County Sheriff’s Department in San Antonio, Texas, the Washington State Police, the Utah State Police and the Iron County Sheriff’s Office in Utah. The U.S. Marshals Office in Dallas, Texas and the Dallas Police Department were able to identify all 5 of the suspects after recovering one of the suspects’ vehicles. The Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office located the second vehicle on an abandoned road off of Interstate 20 on Tuesday April 15. Authorities have located and arrested, 28-year-old Kyle Everhart and 25-year-old Joshua Walker. Both Everhart and Walker are from the Tacoma, Washington area. Everhart was arrested on Tuesday April 22 by FBI South Town Gang Task Force agents in Tacoma. Walker turned himself in to the FBI office in Tacoma on Wednesday April 23. A third suspect, 34-year-old Antoine Newton, was taken into custody by authorities in his home town of San Antonio, Texas on Wednesday April 23. Utah State Police and the Iron County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28-year-old Zeland Adams of Washington yesterday afternoon on Interstate 15 in Iron County Utah. Adams surrendered after leading police on a high speed pursuit and then holding a small child hostage for 5 hours. On Monday, April 14, 2014, Jamary Quincy Wafer was found dead, lying face down, shot and partially burned on Tampa Street in Tallulah, Louisiana. The investigation into the matter has revealed, on April 13, the victim along with the 5 suspects checked into the Days Inn located in Tallulah, Louisiana. The suspects along with the victim arrived in two separate vehicles at approximately the same time. Investigators have also recovered physical evidence from the motel room and the scene where the body was discovered that led investigators to the suspects. The evidence analysis is continuing at the Louisiana State Police Crime Lab.
