Edmonson, Superintendent News Release Date: June 7, 2010 Leesville Man Arrested On Child Pornography Charge In March 2010, Louisiana State Police Criminal Investigations Division/Alexandria Field Office began an investigation of a suspect who was engaged in sharing images of children being sexually abused. During the investigation, detectives were able to determine that the images were being traded from 406 Ivy Street, Leesville, LA. On June 4, 2010, Louisiana State Police executed a search warrant at the residence. One of the residents, Anthony Fegurgur (23 yrs), was interviewed and admitted to downloading child pornography. Detectives seized several devices, which they believe to contain child pornography. Fegurgur was arrested without incident on the charge of Possession of Child Pornography. This was the second arrest in three weeks in Vernon Parish as part of Louisiana State Police's "Operation Child Watch", a program that targets those who prey on our children.
