TROOP E NEWS RELEASE June 23, 2018 Texas Man Killed in Natchitoches Parish Crash Natchitoches Parish – Earlier today, a single vehicle crash killed a man from Marshall, TX. Troopers responded to the crash around 10:30 a.m., which occurred on Interstate 49, north of LA Hwy 174. The crash involved a 2002 GMC pickup, driven by a 72 year old white male. The GMC was northbound on Interstate 49 when the male driver lost control and exited the right side of the roadway.
