| MEDIA ADVISORY June 27, 2014 9:23 P.M. **UPDATE-THE CHILD HAS BEEN SAFELY LOCATED** 8:10 P.M.
On the afternoon of Friday, June 27, 2014, eleven (11) year old Sebastian Patten was at his grandparents’ house on Highway 71 in Montgomery visiting with his noncustodial father. Sebastian left with his father to run an errand and did not return. Law Enforcement has reason to believe that Sebastian’s father, 42-year-old Dylan Patten of San Antonio, Texas, is taking Sebastian to San Antonio, Texas. They are traveling in a newer model rented silver Nissan Altima with a Texas license plate. Sebastian is a white male who is 4'10” tall, and weighs approximately 90 lbs. He has brown hair and blue eyes. Sebastian was last seen wearing black shorts with red stripes, a red shirt and green and grey shoes. Dylan Patten is a white male who is 6’3” tall, and weighs approximately 250 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.
