REGION 3 NEWS RELEASE November 3, 2015 Winnfield Man Arrested on Drug Charges Winnfield, LA- On Friday, October 30, 2015, Louisiana State Police Bureau of Investigation/Alexandria Field Office (LSP AFO) arrested Ladarrius Street (B/M 32 yrs) for possession with the intent to distribute CDS I (controlled dangerous substance), possession of CDS II (controlled dangerous substance), possession with the intent to distribute CDS II (controlled dangerous substance), possession with the intent to distribute CDS IV (controlled dangerous substance), illegal use of CDS (controlled dangerous substance) in the presence of minors, and illegal carrying of weapons. Earlier in October 2015, LSP AFO began investigating Street for distribution of narcotics. Based on information obtained during the investigation, a search warrant was secured for Street’s residence. On Friday, October 30, 2015, the search was executed. The search resulted in the seizure of over 40 Ecstasy tablets, approximately 70 dosage units of Xanax, Methamphetamine, Hydrocodone, Marijuana, a couple handguns, and over $7,500.00. Street was booked into the Winn Parish Detention Center. Winn Parish Sheriff’s Office and Winnfield Police Department assisted with the investigation.
