Troopers Make Narcotics Arrests in Sulphur

Sulphur, LA- On March 18, 2013, agents with the Louisiana State Police Bureau of Investigations and the Sulphur Police Department located and arrested 40-year-old Alisha Johnson of Sulphur for narcotics distribution. A search of Johnson’s residence revealed that she was in possession of numerous drugs.

Johnson was charged with possession with intent to distribute Schedule I, II, and III narcotics. These drugs included marijuana, methamphetamine, LSD, morphine, Dlluid, and Narco. Johnson was also charged with possession Schedule III narcotics (Loricet and Xanex) as well as possession of drug paraphernalia.

Johnson was booked into the Calcasieu Parish Correctional Center. Her bond was set at $66,500.

Johnson’s arrest was the result of a joint investigation between State Police and the Sulphur Police Department.

On March 19, 2013, agents with the Louisiana State Police Bureau of Investigations arrested 22-year-old Chelsey Gatte of Sulphur for distribution of methamphetamine. The arrest was the result of an investigation into narcotics distribution in the Sulphur area.

At the time of Gatte’s arrest, agents encountered 32-year-old Jessica Robinson of Sulphur. Robinson was in possession of methamphetamine and was arrested for possession of Schedule II narcotics.

Both subjects were booked into the Calcasieu Parish Correctional Center. Bond for Gatte was set at $75,000. Bond for Robinson was set at $5,000.
