Mother and Daughter Arrested for Selling Methamphetamine

Sulphur- As the result of an undercover investigation conducted by Louisiana State Police Bureau of Investigations narcotics agents, two Sulphur women were arrested today on drug charges.

As part of the undercover investigation, agents were able to purchase methamphetamine from 55-year-old Rhonda Roden and 34-year-old Codie Hennigan, both from Sulphur. Roden and Hennigan are mother and daughter.

Troopers arrested Roden and Hennigan for distribution of a Schedule II controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine). Both women were arrested today at their residence and booked into the Calcasieu Parish Correctional Center.

Bond for Roden was set at $25,000. Bond for Hennigan was set at $50,000.

If convicted, each faces up to 30 years in prison and a possible fine of up to $50,000.

Troopers will continue to work to make our communities safer by targeting individuals who choose to illegally distribute drugs.
