Lake Charles Residents Arrested for Possession of Child Pornography

On September 08, 2010, detectives with the Lake Charles office of the Louisiana State Police Bureau of Investigation executed a search warrant at the residence of Amealia Daigle in Lake Charles, LA. Once inside the residence, troopers located images indicative of child pornography and were able to determine that 29-year-old Bandy Rae Ogea was the individual who downloaded the images.

During the investigation, detectives were able to establish probable cause and obtain a search warrant for another individual’s residence, 27-year-old Christopher Rachel, also of Lake Charles.
The search warrant was executed and child pornography was found.

Ogea and Rachal were arrested and booked into the Calcasieu Parish Correctional Center for possession of child pornography.
