ARREST NARRATIVE:
On Friday, January 25, 2008, Senior Trooper Duane Dalton investigated some suspicious activity that occurred at the Main Bank of the Coushatta Casino Resort. S/T Dalton spoke to a Main Bank associate that stated an oriental female had approached the bank for a line of credit and presented two Texas drivers license’s issued in two separate names. S/T Dalton located the female on the gaming floor. He approached her, identified himself via credentials and asked to see her identification. She gave the trooper a Texas driver’s license that belonged to her. S/T Dalton asked for the additional identification card that she presented to the Main Bank. She produced a Texas driver’s license that she said belonged to her sister. S/T Dalton asked her to accompany him to the Louisiana State Police field office at the casino. After reading Quan her Miranda Rights, she admitted that she used her sister’s identification to open a line of credit at Coushatta and had used the identification to cash a check on December 21, 2007, for five hundred dollars. S/T Dalton arrested Quan and she was booked in the Allen Parish Jail without further incident. Quan was booked on charges of Identity Theft and Bank Fraud.
