| TROOP D NEWS RELEASE June 22, 2018 DeRidder Man Arrested for Distribution of Child Pornography DERIDDER – Troopers arrested a DeRidder man today for possession and distribution of child pornography. Earlier this month, investigators assigned to the Louisiana State Police Special Victim’s Unit began an undercover child exploitation investigation involving images of child sexual abuse. As part of the investigation, a search warrant was served today at a residence in DeRidder by Louisiana State Police, Louisiana Probation and Parole, and the Beauregard Parish Sheriff’s Office. While serving the search warrant, investigators found evidence indicating 40-year-old Justin Foley of DeRidder possessed and had distributed child pornography. An arrest warrant was obtained and Foley was charged with distribution and possession of pornography involving juveniles. He was booked into the Beauregard Parish Jail. Bond was set at $100,000. The investigation is continuing.
