The crash later took the life of 19 year old Lolene Collyer of Denham Springs, LA. The initial investigation by State Police revealed that the crash occurred as Collyer was traveling westbound on Impson St. at the intersection of LA 1019 in a 2003 Chevrolet Impala. At the same time, 68 year old Eddie Bell of Kentwood, LA was traveling northbound on LA 1019 in a 1995 Mack 18-wheeler.
