Denham Springs, LA At approximately 11:00 pm on July 9, 2015, Troopers from Louisiana State Police Troop A began investigating a two vehicle fatality crash that occurred on LA 16 south of LA 1032(4-H Club Rd.) in Livingston Parish. The crash took the life of an unidentified male.
