Edmonson, Superintendent TROOP C- NEWS RELEASE For Immediate Release Date: January 20, 2011 L S P Investigations Lead To Multiple Arrests In The Tri-Parish Area Houma: The LSP Region I Criminal Investigative Division’s Houma Office has conducted several narcotics investigations within the Tri Parish area that resulted in the arrests of numerous individuals involved in illegal drug activity. On Thursday, January 13, 2011, Keith Tillman (B/M, 37 of Labadieville, LA) was arrested by State Police detectives for an outstanding warrant issued in Assumption Parish in which Tillman allegedly distributed two grams of crack cocaine, a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance. Tillman, who is currently incarcerated in the St. Mary Parish Criminal Justice Complex, was booked as a fugitive out of Assumption Parish. No bond has been set on Tillman. On Thursday, January 20, 2011, Kentrell Thomas (B/M, 29 of Labadieville, LA) turned himself in at the Assumption Parish Jail for an outstanding warrant issued in Assumption Parish. The warrant stems from an ongoing State Police investigation in which Thomas allegedly distributed four grams of powdered cocaine in Assumption Parish. Bond was set at $20,000.00. A State Police investigation into the illegal distribution of prescription pills leads to the arrests of six local family members. Information received was that the family was obtaining large amounts of prescription pills from physicians in Texas and transporting them back to Louisiana. The drugs were being sold in both Lafourche and Terrebonne Parishes. The following family members allegedly distributed Schedules II, III, and IV Controlled Dangerous Substances. On Wednesday, January 19, 2011, Angelique Hotard (W/F, 37 of Houma, LA) was arrested at her residence by State Police detectives for an outstanding warrant issued in Terrebonne Parish. Angelique Hotard allegdly distributed Roxycotin, a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance. Angelique Hotard was booked at the Lafourche Parish Jail as a fugitive out of Terrebonne. Bond was set at $100,000.00. On Thursday, January 20, 2011, Bobbie Jo McCollough (W/F, 45 of Houma, LA) was arrested at her residence by State Police detectives for an outstanding warrant issued in Terrebonne Parish. McCollough allegedly distributed Lortab and Soma, a Schedule II and Schedule IV Controlled Dangerous Substance. McCollough was booked at the Terrebonne Parish Criminal Justice Complex. No bond has been set on McCollough. On Thursday, January 20, 2011, Misty Hotard (W/F, 34 of Houma, LA) was arrested at her residence by State Police detectives for an outstanding warrant issued in Terrebonne Parish. Misty Hotard allegedly distributed Suboxone, a Schedule III Controlled Dangerous Substance. Misty Hotard was booked at the Terrebonne Parish Criminal Justice Complex. Bond was set at $100,000.00. On Thursday, January 20, 2011, Rebecca McGiboney (W/F, 36 of Houma, LA) was arrested a residence in Houma, LA. by State Police detectives for an outstanding warrant issued in Terrebonne Parish. McGiboney allegedly distributed Roxycontin, a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance. McGiboney was booked at the Lafourche Parish Jail as a fugitive out of Terrebonne Parish. Bond was set at 20,000.00. On Thursday, January 20, 2011, Evelyn Hotard (W/M, 65 of Houma, LA) and John Ordoyne (W/M, 77 of Houma, LA) were arrested at a residence in Houma, LA. by State Police detectives for outstanding warrants issued in Terrebonne Parish. Evelyn Hotard and Ordoyne allegedly distributed Roxycontin, a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance (Two counts each), Hydrocodone, a Schedule III Controlled dangerous Substance (Two counts each), and Soma, a Schedule IV Controlled Dangerous Substance (Two counts each). Evelyn Hotard and Ordoyne were booked at the Lafourche Parish Jail as a fugitive out of Terrebonne Parish. Bonds were set at $35,000.00 each. Both are currently on probation for pharmaceutical diversion.
