*Assumption Parish Road Closures*
The dangerous visibility mixture of smoke and fog has caused Troopers to close the following roads in Assumption Parish.
- LA 398 (from LA 1013 for approximately 1 ½ miles toward LA 662)
The visibility in this area is currently low to zero, so Troopers and Sheriff’s Office personnel have been positioned to warn traffic before entering this area. The duration of the closure is currently unknown and will remain closed until visibility becomes better.
Motorists that witness hazardous situations are urged to call *LSP (*577) and report that activity to the Louisiana State Police.
